Customer agrees to pay Owner all rentals in advance beginning at the time of equipment possession. Rentals shall be payable at Owner’s office unless otherwise specified.

Rentals are available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. A daily rental is based on 24 hours (8 hours run time on equipment with hour meters). A rental starts at either pickup or upon delivery. A weekly rental is based on seven days (40 hours run time on equipment with hour meters). A monthly rental is based on 28 days (170 hours on equipment with hour meters). Longer rental options are available upon request. Should the equipment be used longer than the specified hours the overtime rate shall be 1/8th of the daily rate for each hour worked in excess of eight (8) hours in one day, 1/40th of the weekly rate for each hour worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one week; and 1/170th of the month rate for each hour worked in excess of 170 hours in any month period.

Delivery and pickup are available for a minimum of $50 each way. Customers may pick up or return equipment during regular business hours with an approved trailer and towing vehicle.

A valid driver’s license and PREAPPROVED credit card are required without an established account.

The customer is responsible for any and all damages occurring during the rental period.

The customer shall provide proof of insurance naming CTS Equipment LLC as the certificate holder. Coverage must be for the full value of equipment rented against damage and loss, including vandalism and theft.

If customer is unable to provide required insurance coverage, CTS Equipment LLC has a damage waiver available for purchase.

Quoted machine rates include one bucket.

Quoted rates do not include taxes, insurance, delivery and/or pickup.

Cleaning charges may be assessed at the end of a rental if the equipment is not returned clean.

All rental machines are filled with fuel at the time of rental. A fuel surcharge will be assessed if the machine is not returned full.

CTS Equipment LLC reserves the right to inspect any trailer used for hauling any rental equipment.

Complete terms and conditions will be provided on the rental contract at time of transaction.
